about the rules of interaction of specialists in the Original Teaching
of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition / AST

1.General aspects.

1.1. The original teaching of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition (AST) / Academy of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition, other acceptable names: «Avesta Academy», «Avesta Practices», «AST Academy» is a socially adapted unique method – a system of healing and spiritual development of man and society, based on ancient Avestan knowledge. Practices are highly effective, safe and environmentally friendly. The Avestan system of development has been tested by the successful experience of mankind. After mastering the system and obtaining the title of Master, the specialist will be able to teach his students independently. The Avestan Spiritual Tradition cannot be anyone’s property or «brand» — this system was given to all mankind through Dr. R. Karanjia.

1.1.1. Mastering the method, the original teaching of AST is not an introduction to another denomination, each student remains in his original religion. Moreover, even if you wanted to become a Zoroastrian, you will never be able to do this, because according to the tradition of the Zoroastrian denomination: you can become a Zoroastrian only by being born in it. 

1.1.2. Exclusively all Attunations (initiations) in the original teaching of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition are carried out only IN PERSON, «live» transmission. Remote settings are a gross violation of traditions, as they violate the law of «parampara». There are laws in spirituality that are difficult to explain in the material world – they relate to transcendental knowledge, secrets, and if such laws are violated, it will definitely, over time, negatively affect the life of the violator and his environment.  That is why the recommendations and patronage of the AST system by teacher are R. Karanjia so important, who possesses such sacred knowledge. Therefore, this  Agreement is also so important, which takes into account (socially adapts) all these important aspects, the laws of the universe, traditions.

1.2. The main paramparic teacher of AST is the Doctor of Philosophy, Director of the Zoroastrian Theological Seminary, Ervad Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia (Mumbai, India), he is also the founder of this teaching (method of spiritual development).

1.3. The main objectives of AST and this Agreement.

Karanjia created the AST system in order to help the social society in spiritual development. He’s writing: «I developed it (the method) so that it would be good for both worlds (social-material and spiritual).»

In order to preserve the purity of knowledge, the high quality of AST as a social method of development, for the realization of the set goal – the evolution of man and society, it is necessary to observe the ethical norms, rules and recommendations of R. Karanjia, which were transmitted through the traditions of teachers. This Agreement was created in order to consolidate important ethical norms, Avestan traditions and rules of the AST system in the document (contract).  What is subordinated to the main goal when using the AST method: to preserve its purity, and hence its effectiveness, strength, forever, to help social society, a person in personal growth and spiritual development. To achieve these goals, a stable SYSTEM is needed — the structure of the AST device, management, rights, obligations, rules and regulations, etc., regulating the INTERACTION of SOCIETY and SPECIALISTS, STUDENTS AND TEACHERS in the AST system, which will contribute to the successful development and dissemination of the AST method as an effective health and developmental method, which is also described in this Agreement.

This AGREEMENT is valid in any cases of changes in the structure of the AST, amendments are made (2.8.6.) through Additions. In case of changes in the composition of International Masters, the Agreement is adjusted and a new International Master (appointed if necessary) accepts and signs the current AGREEMENT. The clauses of the Agreement will be adjusted to include the name of the new International Master, and the name of the Master who withdrew from the Agreement will be excluded.

This Agreement is the main document regulating the interaction of specialists of all statuses and levels in the AST, it directs specialists to follow established traditions.

1.4. The names, logos and abbreviations used in Certificates and documents are valid in both Russian and English, for the purpose of convenience in the preparation of documents and mutual understanding with the main teacher, Dr. R. Karanjia.

The original AST teaching has its own website «Avesta Academy», which contains general information, an Agreement and other documents, News from the Main and Leading Councils of acting Masters, and more.

1.5. Basic ethical standards.

 The activity of each specialist in AST is based on the following fundamental values: justice, truthfulness, mercy, observance of the laws of the universe, devotion to God, nobility and others. Striving for unity of thoughts, words and deeds that are aimed at the creation of good, based on conscience, for the benefit of the whole world. Charity is an obligatory act for any person who walks the path of truth.

It is thanks to the cultivation of the Zoroastrian people in themselves of these human values, abilities and qualities, in their opinion, that allowed us to preserve this great culture, the most effective system of evolution – the Avestan Spiritual Tradition. It is thanks to the fact that these people have preserved this precious knowledge – we, the social society, have had the opportunity to master the Original AST teaching and help ourselves and our surroundings in healing and spiritual development. We simply have to appreciate it, keep the purity of the teaching and always be grateful to God for such a valuable gift.

The policy of managing affairs within the system is aimed, as much as possible, AT PRESERVING existing SCHOOLS and supporting Teachers. After all, many specialists who master the AST method already have their own Schools and teach their students in other worthy wellness areas. Everyone has freedom, the right to choose, and every controversial case or violation will be treated as confidentially, delicately and fairly as possible. Requirements and ethical standards apply to absolutely every AST specialist, regardless of status. In other words, everyone is obliged to comply with the norms prescribed in this Agreement, the rules and procedure for conducting TRAINING in the AST method.

1.6. In order to maintain order, the AST keeps records of specialists and their rights. The data of specialists (limited: full name, his teacher in AST, Certificate and registration number, contact phone number, city, country) are flocked to the Main Council through Masters and Leading Masters. The lists of Masters following the traditions of the original teaching, preserving the purity of the AST social wellness and developmental method, under the patronage of R. Karanjia, are located on the official website of the Avesta Academy. with the indication of the rights of the Masters.

For the convenience of obtaining information by specialists and potential students who are looking for Teachers in the Avestan Spiritual Tradition on the Internet, there are 4 lists of Masters on the site:

List No. 1— is a list of Masters following the traditions, dedicating students only in person, live, in accordance with the law of «parampara», under the patronage and protection of Dr. RamiyarKaranjia, who have the rights (indicated: what) to initiate their students to AST.

Note: from the above, it secretly follows that if the Master’s name is not on the List No. 1, then he dedicates with violations and distortions of traditions and we do not recommend contacting him. If one of the Masters was in the dark and also made mistakes in error, they can be corrected (special algorithms have been developed for this, read below). To do this, you need to write a personal message to the Main Council and they will help you legalize statuses and more. After correcting errors, you are added to the List of Masters No. 1.

List No. 2 – this list includes Master Teachers who follow traditions, but for various subjective and objective reasons and social statuses cannot yet declare themselves publicly.

List No. 3 – this list includes «Masters» who have automatically suspended the rights to transmit the original AST teaching, who violate traditions, dedicate remotely and without rights. This list is hidden for ethical reasons. To get information about a specific person, you need to call the phone number listed on the website, or write to e-mail.

List No. 4 – this list includes «Masters» who followed the traditions, but have already passed away. They left students who need to know about the former statuses of their teachers in order to understand what they themselves have rights to and correct their mistakes.

2.The management structure (hierarchical) of the original teaching of the Academy of Avestan Spiritual Tradition, a socially adapted method of recovery and development (Scheme No. 1).

The structure-system is based on the principles of maximum justice, truthfulness and rationality (good authority), so that regardless of who will lead the AST in the future, in 20, 50, etc. years, it was functioning and traditions, purity and strength of the AST were preserved and PASSED ON TO OUR DESCENDANTS TO HELP.

Structure, by status, basic rights and responsibilities:

2.1. The main governing body of AST is

ГлавныйСовет AST (ГС) / Main Council (MA). The composition of the МА:the main teacher R. Karanjia and International Masters (IM).

Currently, on 10.08.2023, there is one IM – I. Klintukh.

2.2. The main paramparic teacher of AST,

Doctor of Philosophy, Ervad Ramiyar Parvez Karanjia has the right to make ADDITIONS and adjustments to this AGREEMENT in any quantity and at any time, in case of disputes. In controversial situations, after coordination with International Masters, the main teacher makes the final decision.

International Masters are appointed only by R. Karanjia. 

For the well-coordinated management of the AST system, maintaining order, all important adjustments in the Agreement, issues of suspension of the rights of the «Master» and «Leading Master» statuses, etc. are resolved at the Main Council.

The hierarchical structure of the AST (system) described in the following paragraphs takes into account the preservation of the law of balance (harmony) in the distribution of rights and responsibilities. «Rights and obligations» are like «two sides of the same coin», there is no one without the other. Abuse of rights and non–compliance with obligations leads to chaos and destruction of any system (in this context, the AST system). Unfortunately, in social society we often observe ignorant behavior: when people strive to have «rights», but avoid – do not fulfill «duties». This behavior leads to the following consequence: if a person refuses «duties», he loses his «rights». Observance of the laws of the universe: karmic, zak. parampars, zack. Hierarchies, freedom of choice, etc. are the responsibility of every person. Compliance with obligations, their increase leads to the expansion and strengthening of rights and vice versa. The teacher (R. Karanjia) asks to observe important aspects of the traditions of the Avesta in accordance with his hierarchical position (these rules are minimal and absolutely acceptable for social health professionals) and does it according to the legal right (given from above). If the Masters violate the law of hierarchy (for the sake of selfish reasons or pride), calling «freedom of choice» — anarchy, permissiveness, then they automatically lose their rights, regardless of whether they realize (accept) whether they are or not. The restoration of harmony is carried out by Higher forces, it is, to a greater extent, beyond the control of a person.

2.3. МеждународныйМастер AST / International Master (IM)

The International Master is a member of the MainCouncil

2.3.1. Currently IM is Candidate of Social Sciences (special: culture and spiritual life), head of the public all-Russian organization «Association of Teachers and specialists in the field of health and development», psychologist Irina Klintukh. 

2.3.2. IM has the right to study at all levels and stages up to the highest, namely: training specialists at levels 1-5, exams and assigning the status of «AST Master», training at level 6. Exams and assigns the status of «Leading Master» (only in agreement with R. Karanjia). Dedicates the «Leading Masters» to the 7th level.

2.3.3. IM has responsibilities: is in informational interaction with R. Karanjia on all important business topics, controversial topics and topics of teaching the method. In matters of system management, AST is guided by all the recommendations of R. Karanjia. Makes proposals to the MainCouncilon the AST Management Structure and implements the changes agreed and approved by R. Karanjia, makes arbitration decisions on disputable situations. All important topics are discussed and resolved by IM together with R. Karanjia (at the MainCouncil).

2.3.4. IM is obliged to monitor the smooth functioning of the AST, which he manages with the help of Masters and Leading Masters.  IM is obliged to monitor the performance of duties by Masters and Leading Masters and their use of their rights in accordance with this Agreement and traditions. All guiding actions are carried out with the main purpose: to preserve the quality and purity of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition, the rules of this Agreement, and to help resolve disputes, amendments, if mistakes were made.

2.3.5. IM is obliged to inform specialists about all important changes on all issues, using special information platforms for this purpose, which he maintains:

Social network Telegram  and others.

2.4. ВедущийМастер AST / Lead Master (LM).

LM is the main assistant of the International Master in the administration, management and management of the entire AST system.

2.4.1. LM has the right to: a) training of specialists in levels 1-5. b) taking exams and assigning the status of «AST Master» to students of their School c) teaching their students to the 6th level (note: one of the violations among the Masters was «dragging» students from other Schools, therefore, the rights of «exam — Master status – settings in level 6» apply only to students of the Leading Master, those who studied with him from levels 1 to 5or did get some levels from R. Karanjia), d) to receive level 7 settings, e) has the right to his personal advertising page (with photos and contacts) on the official website of the Avesta Academy.

2.4.2. The status of «Lead Master» is assigned according to the following criteria:

a) The master has more than 5 years of experience working with Avesta practitioners, has taught more than 20 of his students the AST method from Level 1 to Level 3. Of these, 5 specialists have the status of «Master» and settings at level 6. These 5 specialists are the foundation of the Avesta Academy in the future, they are the link of the School of the future «Leading Master» with the Avesta Academy, become members of the Joint Council of AST Masters (representing the interests of their schools), some of them become members of the Leading Council of AST Masters (paragraph 2.8.) — participate in making important decisions in AST. It is according to the above 5 specialists that the quality of specialist training is determined by the Master and a decision is made to assign him the status of a «Leading Master» with extended rights. This is similar to how the waters of small rivers flow into a large river and fill a large one — and with energies. Thus, the paramparic energy «river» will always be strong, full and be a source of strength for many new Schools of AST. The final decision on obtaining such a status by the Master is made by the Main Council and then approved by R. Karanjia.

b) The Master performs his duties qualitatively: teaches his students, follows the traditions of AST, the rules prescribed in this Agreement, actively helps IM in the management of the AST system, participates in the Leading Council of AST Masters. Always informs the students of his School about important events and changes. Keeps records of his students and once a year gives information about them for accounting and control of students to the Main Council, IM (in the form of a list of his Masters, etc., in accordance with paragraph 1.6.).

2.4.3. After the exam (R.Karanjiaor IM — I. Klintukh), the Master receives the status of a «Leading Master» with rights, uses them in accordance with paragraph 2.4.1., receives settings at level 7, and continues to perform his duties in accordance with paragraph 2.4.2. (b).

2.4.4. The Leading Master is obliged to (for unified accounting and control in AST) to transfer the necessary data about their new Masters to an International Master for their inclusion in the lists of existing Masters and in the «News Feed» on the official website.

2.4.5. The Leading Master is obliged to independently issue Certificates of the established form to his students.

2.5. AST Master.

The Master is an assistant to the International Master in the management of the AST system.

2.5.1. The master, according to the results of a successfully passed exam, the main criterion of which is the quality of work with channel energies, receives the «right to initiate students» at levels 1-5.

2.5.1. The master may, according to the results of the exam, not immediately receive the right to initiations, but receives the status of «Master without the right of initiations». After the time appointed by the examiner (no more than 2 years), the Master can come to the exam again and get the rights to initiate his students into levels 1-5.

2.5.1. All Masters have the right to receive initiations to the 6th Master level immediately after the exam.

2.6. AST specialists of 1 – 5 levels.

2.6.1. In order to gain opportunities in personal development, to open their AST school in the future, to avoid mistakes during training, the specialist must carefully read this Agreement and always be aware (through information sources, paragraph 2.3.5.) of events in AST. All recommendations are given in order to maintain order, preserve the quality and purity of practices (described in paragraph 1). 

2.6.2. The specialist receives   attunations (initiations) only in person.  To avoid mistakes, the specialist should know the Agreement, Memo to the Specialist (located on the official website)

2.6.3. After initiations and development of 1-5 stages, the Specialist has the right to receive the status of «Master» according to the results of the passed exam. A specialist can pass the exam immediately after working out the AST level 5 (paragraph 2.7.).

2.6.4. According to the law of the universe «freedom of choice», a specialist can, for a good reason (moving to another place of residence, due to incompatibility of characters with the teacher, if it is possible to receive attunations  from R.Karanjia, etc.), be initiated by different teachers. It is recommended, if possible, to get settings from 1 teacher – this is more correct.

2.7. Exams for upgrading statuses in AST. The School of Masters.

2.7.1. Only specialists who have received full-time (live) settings and have accumulated 1-5 AST levels are allowed to take the exam to obtain the status of «Master».

2.7.2. In the original AST teaching, there are 2 exams for the transition to a higher status: an exam for the status of «Master» and an interview exam for the status of «Leading Master».

2.7.3. The purpose of the first exam, for the status of «Master»: to establish the quality level of a specialist after working out all levels of AST, his ability to transfer settings to his students. Also, questions are asked about the theoretical foundations of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition.

 Examiners: R. Karanjia, an International Master or a Leading Master (he takes the exam only from his students in accordance with paragraph 2.4. of this Agreement). After passing the exam, the specialist is issued a Certificate of the established sample in electronic or material form with a unique number. Brief information about the new Master is entered on the official website in the «list No. 1» (clause 1.6. of the Agreement). At the request of the new Master, his contacts are entered on the site (to meet your potential students).

The exam can be conducted remotely / online, because it does not include attunations (initiations).

Immediately after receiving the status of «Master», he can (at will) be initiated into the 6th level.

2.7.4. The purpose of the second exam is an interview for the status of «Leading Master»: to determine the Master’s compliance with the criteria established by this Agreement, paragraph 2.4.2., criteria. An interview is being conducted on general issues of the quality of AST teaching, violations and controversial issues that could arise from pre-announced claims from students (if any).

 Examiners: R.Karanjia, International Master. After passing the exam, the specialist is issued a Certificate of the established sample in electronic or material form with a unique number. An appropriate correction is made to the information about the Master on changing his status and rights on the official website, in the «list No. 1» (paragraph 1.6. of the Agreement). The exam can be conducted remotely / online. After receiving the status of a «Leading Master», he can get settings (initiations) to level 7.

2.7.5. No marks are given on the exam. The examiner(s) make a decision based on the results of the specialist’s survey: to «assign the status» now, or to postpone it for another period.

2.7.6. After successfully passing the exam, receiving the «Master» and «Leading Master» statuses, the specialist is trained at the «school of Masters», where in a short time (1-3 hours, not necessarily on the day of the exam), the examiner transmits information on how to make attunations (dedicate) and other important nuances to teach their students.

2.7.7. After passing the exam by a specialist and receiving a Master’s Diploma for 5 years without the right to initiate and train others, the specialist has the right, if he wishes, to take the exam again (to obtain the rights to teach his students), at the discretion of the Examiner. The examiner (International Master) appoints the deadline for retaking or re-passing the exam, at his discretion, depending on situational reasons. The term of the repeated exam can be any (even the next day).

2.7.8. If the specialist has not passed the exam: he can come for a retake at any time, at the discretion and recommendation of the Examiner.

2.7.9. The extension of the Master’s diploma is carried out 5 years after receipt, then after 5 years – the certificate is extended without a time limit (i.e. after 10 years). If the specialist has no violations, no complaints about him, then the Certificate for the Master is renewed automatically, without exams, without contributions. If the specialist himself forgot about the extension, then his document (Master’s Diploma) is valid.

2.8. Types of Governing Councilsand Meetings in AST, their functions, goals, venues, who is included, frequency of meetings.

The main objectives of Meetings and Councils: informing and receiving information (variants of opinions on various AST topics) from all levels of specialists for the Main Council to make objective decisions on important issues, conflict resolution and error prevention, analysis of significant events in AST and other similar. (Scheme No. 2)

2.8.1.Общее Собрание Специалистови Мастеров (ОСС) /General Meeting of Specialists and Masters (GMS).

 It is carried out as necessary (but not less than 1 time a year), online (Skype or other platforms) to inform, clarify unclear issues (by Agreement, etc.) and decisions made, as well as to collect information on important general and relevant topics, regarding misunderstandings, errors and the like. The General Meeting includes all AST specialists. The main information platforms where announcements of Meetings and Councils are located are specified in clause 2.3.5. of this Agreement.

2.8.2.  Councilof Masters (СоветМастеров)of all AST Schools.

Each School, under the direction of a certain Teacher (Master, Leading Master), has its own «Council of Masters» and its own «General Meeting (Общее Собрание)» of all specialists, at which issues on internal topics of the school are resolved.  On these platforms, important topics regarding AST are discussed, votes are held and decisions (if there are any important ones) are submitted for discussion to the Leading Council. They are collected as needed.    

2.8.3. Объединённый Совет Мастеров (ОСМ) / The Joint Council of Masters (JCM).

The heads of AST Schools (or its representative) are included, and up to 5 more Masters from each school participate from Schools under the management of the «Leading Master». The Council meets as needed. Discuss and put to the vote the results of opinions on general topical issues and controversial issues in the AST.

2.8.4. Ведущий Совет МастеровAST (ВСМ) /
The Leading Council of AST Masters (LCM).

The heads of AST Schools or their representatives (1 person from each School), «Leading Masters» enter. The Leading Council meets at least once a year, if necessary.  The absence of a member in the appointed Council is possible only for a good reason.

It is the members of the LCM who are the main assistants for the AST Main Councilin the management, administration, and sustainable operation of the AST system. Members of the LCM carry out specific assignments on general AST matters (keep lists, help with websites, lead information platforms, suggest mistakes, help in drawing up minutes of Councils and Meetings, creating Conferences significant for AST, etc.). The members of the LCM are a support, a representation of the original AST teaching, cultivating basic human values (conscience, justice, truthfulness, mercy, etc.), they are an example for all specialists in observing the purity of practices and following traditions. It is from the most active participants of the LCM, who actively participate in the common affairs of the AST, that the core is formed – the basis for continuing the traditions of the original teaching for centuries, the formation of future leaders of the AST system is underway.

The list of Masters included in the Leading Council of Masters of the Original AST Teaching is maintained and corrected by the AST International Master I. Klintukh. The second copy of this list is in the possession of the main teacher R. Karanjia.

2.8.5.Главный СоветAST (ГС) /The Main Council of AST (MC).

Enter R. Karanjia and the International (e) Master (a). The MC makes fundamental final decisions on all issues, including controversial ones, forms (if necessary) documents for greater order and cleanliness in the AST. If necessary, make amendments to the structure

2.8.6. All necessary amendments to this Agreement, after its approval by R. Karanjia, are made, if necessary, through Additions to the Agreement.

2.9. Succession in case of force majeure.

In order to preserve traditions and purity of practices, uninterrupted operation of the AST system, in cases of unforeseen situations, force majeure (the mention of which is a mandatory part of any important contract), the following actions are performed in the management, management of AST:

2.9.1. If an International Master, whose work as the head of the AST was satisfied with the head teacher R. Karanjia, then, in case of force majeure with an International Master (who, for an objective reason, will not be able to manage the AST in the future), assigns the status of «International Master» to the Successor of IM. The IM Successor is an AST specialist with the appropriate qualities of a strong leader, able to preserve the traditions of the Line, who actively helps the current IM in managing the AST. There can be up to 3 receivers. The International Master transmits their names to the Head Teacher, strictly confidentially, the IM Successors themselves should not know about this fact until a force majeure situation arises.

 In cases where such actions are impossible (the IM Successors cannot perform duties), another International Master is elected by secret ballot at the Leading Council of Masters (possibly in full-time, correspondence, online format) and R. Karanjia is recommended, who either accepts the recommendation or appoints his protege.

The procedure for selecting a candidate for an International Master: a) secret ballot of the Leading Council of AST Masters c) drafting a letter to the indigenous teacher R. P. Karanjia with a request to assign the status of an «International Master» to the new applicant with the corresponding rights under this Agreement. 

2.9.2. In case of force majeure, if for objective reasons, the head teacher will not be able to manage the AST system, and his successor has not been appointed by him, then the leadership, management, with appropriate rights, passes to the current International Master and his chief assistant – the team of the Leading Council of Masters (LCM).

3.General recommendations, rules and traditions.

3.1. All specialists of all levels have the opportunity and rights to conduct practices with themselves and other people, within the established rules and traditions. You can conduct sessions and practices with other people both in person and remotely (by photo, by phantom)

3.2. All attunations (initiations) must be carried out only in person, at a «live» meeting (paragraph 1.1.2.).

3.3. Acute controversial issues of interaction between specialists and teachers are considered by the Main Council, they are given recommendations for correcting misconceptions and mistakes.

3.4. The use of special terms:

3.4.1. In texts, with Certificates, next to the number we use the word «level» (level), and with the word Master – the word «degree» (degree). For example: «I have the level of a Leading Master», «I am working on level 5».

3.4.2. For ethical reasons, out of respect for the Zoroastrian denomination, in order to avoid claims, in order not to hurt the feelings of believers (Zoroastrians), it is necessary to exclude the following words from use in headlines, titles, in prominent places in public networks, on websites: “Zoroastrianism” and “Zarathustra”. You can use these words only in the context of historical references, theoretical knowledge about the origins of AST.

3.4.3. It is not recommended to use the word «exorcist» in the teaching, the AST method, in Certificates.

3.4.4. The names of the levels (steps): «Khavani, Rapitvina» and others do not relate to the original AST teaching, they were not given for use by Dr. R. Karanjia, and therefore are not used.

3.5. Only those mantras that were included in the attunations can be used in practice and publicly used. Texts: «Rituals», «Kordeh Avesta», «Additional mantras» — cannot be used. These prohibitions are of an ethical nature, as a manifestation of respect, reverence and gratitude to the denomination and the main teacher, as well as following the original conditions for the creation of the AST social method.

To enhance the energy in the sessions, it is enough to pronounce the root mantra of the corresponding Yazat.

Karanjia writes: «I strongly do not recommend that AST specialists practice reciting any mantras other than those that were originally given by me for use. Failure to comply with this recommendation is a gross violation of the original purpose (motivation) of creating AST and provokes a conflict with the original principles of AST.»

3.6. Counting the number of mantras in practice is carried out through a slight flexion of the fingers (rosary beads are not needed).

3.7. In the original AST teaching, it is not recommended to use biolocation diagnostics (frames, pendulums), especially if it concerns measurements of people, specialists, Craftsmen without their permission, measurements of Yazats, channels, because biolocation measurements being a very subjective practice, may in the hands of a biased person become are a means of manipulation, a way of realizing selfish intentions, a means of submission, humiliation and causing fear people.

Note: «bias» is an interest in a certain result. In this context, it is, for example, a) if a «specialist» likes a person and it is advantageous to keep him near himself – biolocation frame»will show» excellent results, b) if there is a claim, resentment, anger towards a person, then the biolocation frame «will show» bad results; c) if the «specialist» self-asserts over in other words, he makes comparative measurements, overstating his indicators, humiliating opponents.

Introduction, research of the biofield of other people without their permission, is regarded by the laws of the universe as violence. 

3.8. In the original AST teaching, it is forbidden to defame, humiliate, discredit specialists and Masters, including violators, especially in public. If there are any violations, then it is necessary to resolve them in a constructive conversation. For the same reason, the List No. 3 (violators) is hidden.

3.9. Initiations to yazat channels are valid for a lifetime. If a student has received initiation according to all the rules, then he can start working at any time, or even in a few years — yazat channels will open.

3.10. Each AST specialist, Masters, heads of AST schools are obliged to study this Agreement, transmit important information to their colleagues about structural changes, violations in AST, for the good purpose of preventing new violations and errors. Informing specialists is also necessary to preserve the purity of relationships, mutual understanding and knowledge of their rights and obligations by specialists.  All Masters, teachers of all Schools of the original AST teaching are obliged to publish the current AGREEMENT, as well as to publish, distribute all other documents from the AST MainCouncil (which will appear in the future), in all their Internet resources, forums and chats, in order to ensure the transfer of information to all AST specialists in order to avoid misleading students. The deliberate concealment by Master Teachers of this AGREEMENT (and other documents from the Main Council) from their students is considered a gross violation of the AST rules.

4.Certificates.

In the original AST teaching, there are 4 types of Certificates: a) for specialists of level 1-5; b) for a Master; c) for a Leading AST Master; d) for an International AST Master (original, from the main teacher R. Karanjia).

4.1. After the training, initiations, the AST teacher is obliged to issue a Certificate of the established sample to his student. The Master teacher creates Certificate forms for his students – independently, according to an approved sample.

4.1.1. The International Master (or his assistants), at the request of the Master Teacher, helps him in creating his Certificate, gives him a sample of the Certificate design in the Microsoft PowerPoint program. 

4.1.2. The approved sample includes the presence of certain inscriptions and attributes in the Certificates in accordance with this Agreement:

1. a) titles — texts: The original teaching «Avestan Spiritual Tradition» (AST), the Avesta Academy, the Academy of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition, the AST Academy, the Avesta Practice School. You can use the name «School of the original teaching of the Avestan Spiritual Tradition» and similar;
2. b) the approved Avesta Academy logo;
3. c) use the words «level», «step» in accordance with paragraph 3.4.1. of this Agreement;
4. d) design (colors, frame, shape, size) A teacher can create a unique certificate – his own;
5. e) the registration number of a specialist of 1-5 levels is created by the Master from whom the specialist was trained. The registration number is necessary for accounting and control, maintaining order in the AST. Reg. The number can be of any form familiar to the Master;
6. f) it must be specified: the city where the full-time training was conducted and the date;
7. g) there must be a stamp – «FULL-TIME TRAINING»;
8. h) The certificate can be issued either in real form or electronically, it is protected by the registration number.

4.1.3. Each Certificate of the Master of the Original AST teaching has its own unique personal registration number, which is issued by an International Master (or his assistants, under his guidance). This number allows you to distinguish fake Certificates. All Masters, upon their request, will be issued an electronic new Certificate from the Avesta Academy under the patronage of R. Karanjia with a unique registration number. In the «List No. 1» (item 1.6.) on the official website, there will be an individual registration number (IRN) of the Certificate opposite each surname. Each new AST Master who has successfully passed the exam will immediately be assigned a personal IRN.

4.1.4. In the present time, a lot of fakes, distance teachers, false teachers without rights have appeared, in connection with this, the listed requirements for Certificates and strict accounting of registration numbers are being introduced – all in order to strengthen order in the original AST teaching.

4.1.5. Samples of approved Certificates and texts are located in Figs 1, 2. Certificates are valid in both Russian and a duplicate in English (a duplicate is made on request).

5.Violations in AST. Algorithms for correcting violations.

5.1. Violations can be unintentional (from delusion and ignorance) and intentional. Each violator may have different reasons, so each case is considered individually and the penalty is also different. In most cases, all procedures for suspending the rights of Masters (as an extreme degree of punishment) are confidential, only the final decision on «deprivation of rights» can be publicly made (the decision on temporary «suspension of rights» is not publicly notified), based on paragraphs 3.7, 3.8. of this Agreement.

5.2. Penalties: «warning», «strict warning», «suspension of the rights of the Master», «deprivation of the rights of the Master».

5.3. The Master (M, LM, IM) may lose his rights for the following reasons:

1. a) voluntarily renounces his powers;
2. b) unable to perform duties, for example, in case of excessive employment, illness, etc.;
3. c) refuses to comply with the established rules of practice and recommendations, and also violates the current AGREEMENT (with all Additions).

The suspension of the Master’s Diploma occurs in exceptional cases when a specialist brings obvious harm to society, when there are objective complaints, there are objective, real justifications.

It is common for every person to make mistakes. The issue of suspending the rights of a Master who has violated ethical rules is resolved in the most confidential way possible (by a limited circle of direct participants in the conflict), in order to avoid harassment, insults, scandals, humiliations of a specialist, since this is a «dirty spot» and discredits the entire society of AST specialists as a whole. Any complaint against the Master is considered in a constructive conversation at the Leading Council of Masters with the obligatory participation of students and colleagues who positively evaluate the work of the Master in order to eliminate bias in judgments and decision-making. Disclosure of information about the suspension of the Master’s rights in public, on Internet networks, on websites is excluded. Only a narrow circle of those involved, those whose claims served as a reason for the deprivation of the rights of the Master, are notified of the suspension of rights.

This algorithm is important, taking into account the fact that the Master who committed violations resumes the initiations of his students in the future, and it is necessary to preserve his authority as much as possible. A master who has violated ethical norms and rules of interaction under the current AGREEMENT voluntarily renounces the use of rights (teaching students), for a period: until the restoration of these rights, in accordance with the procedure described in the AGREEMENT.  In cases of repeated and malicious violations, the Master may lose his rights.

5.4. The decision to revoke the rights of an International Master can only be taken by R. Karanjia, in the case of paragraph 5.3.c). The final decision on the suspension of the rights of the Master and the Leading Master due to violations is made by R. Karanjia, after coordinating the situation with the International Master.

The International Master has the right to suspend the rights of the Master and the Leading Master only after agreeing with R. Karanjia and his final decision. Always, in such extreme measures, the «last word», the verdict is of R. Karanjia.

Extreme measures are used in rare cases for one purpose: to strengthen and maintain discipline in AST practices and preserve its original purpose.

5.5. The restoration of the suspended rights of the Master is carried out at the discretion of R. Karanjia and the International Master after any period from the date of the «suspension of rights», without restrictions, on the grounds provided by interested parties. The master himself (or his proxies) can provide reasonable evidence of correction, as well as positive recommendations from 5 people (with English translation). The acceptance of such evidence is handled by the Main Council.

5.6. In connection with the «deprivation of the rights» to take exams and the rights to assign the status of «Master» to specialists due to violations of the Agreement and the rules and traditions established initially in AST, the Diplomas of Masters signed by E. Lugov, dated before August 10, 2023 (inclusive) are considered valid.  Diplomas of Masters signed by E. Lugov, dated after August 10, 2023, are considered invalid. 

5.7. Due to the fact that only 3 people (R. Karanjia and 2 International Masters) had the right to be awarded the status of a Master before 10.08.2023, and after 10.08.2023 only 2 people (R. Karanjia and I. Klintukh), then all Diplomas of Masters with other signatures are considered invalid and illegal.

5.8. Remote initiations are considered to be of poor quality. Masters of the original AST teaching who initiate their students remotely, their rights to initiate students are automatically suspended. If the violation is committed by mistake and then realized by him (the Master writes an explanatory note to the Main Council), then such a Master is invited to correct his mistakes through the algorithms described in the following paragraphs and the status and right to initiate students is returned.

5.9. Algorithms for correcting violations.

In connection with situations of violations that arise during the training of specialists in AST, the following algorithms are proposed to regulate relationships and correct violations.

5.9.1. General recommendations.

In all disputable situations, a constructive conversation is necessary — an explanation of what happened in order to avoid conflicts. Bringing the violator to the realization that everything happens for some reason is life lessons, as a consequence of certain human behavior. This help is provided by any AST Master. Specialists involved in the dispute are recommended to carefully read the relevant paragraphs of the «Agreement».

5.9.2. Situation No. 1. Algorithm of actions.

A master or a simple specialist who has no right dedicates his students.

Algorithm of actions:

1. The settings are considered invalid.

The student can not conduct practices and developments.

2. Recommendation: it is required that the student be initiated by a real Master according to all the rules.
3. Before the attunations, if felt necessary, go through the AST specialists «CLEANING SESSION to clean up problems associated with remote and illegal attunations.»

5.9.3. Situation No. 2. The algorithm of actions.

The master initiates students remotely, thereby violating the rules of the «Agreement».

The algorithm of actions.

1. Dedications are considered to be of poor quality.
2. A specialist who has undergone remote tuning is deprived of the right to receive the status of a Master with the rights of initiation of his students. Only specialists who have passed the settings live, in person, are allowed to take the Master’s exam.
3. Recommendation: ask your Master to conduct the attunations again, but in person, according to all the rules.
4. If the Master refuses to face-to-face tuning, violates the Agreement, then he is temporarily deprived of the rights to initiate students until he realizes and gives written obligations that he will follow the rules (any time for awareness) and will again dedicate his students in person. If violations continue, the suspension of the right will be more severe, up to the deprivation of rights. The master is obliged to return the money to the student for remote settings if he refuses to conduct them again – in person.
5. The student has the right to be set up by another Master in person, in accordance with all the rules. The material costs are borne by the student himself, since this is his life lesson. A «cleaning session» (paid) specialist takes place as needed (the need is determined by the Master selected by the specialist)

5.9.4. Situation No. 3. Algorithm of actions.

If attunations are carried out both illegally (without the rights to do so) and remotely.

The algorithm of actions.

1. The attunations are considered invalid.
2. Recommendations:

It is necessary to study according to all the rules from a real Master (having the rights and teaching FULL-TIME). If necessary, go through one «Cleaning Session» before the attunations.

Note: the scheme of the «Cleaning Session» can be obtained at the individual request of a specialist / Master who needs it, from an International Master, through online correspondence.

5.9.5. Situation No. 4. Algorithm of actions. Help the Master.

The master, who made Initiationto his students, was under the delusion that he had rights to do so.

Algorithm of actions:

1. Student attunations are considered invalid.

Students are not allowed to conduct practices and developments.

2. The Master is recommended to pass the exam of R. Karanjia or the International Master I. Klintukh and get the right to initiate students.
3. To conduct a «Cleaning session» with all students who have been initiated illegally (you can do a group)
4. Gather all your students and dedicate them all again, in person, according to all the rules and legally.
5. Oblige your students to go through workout / accumulation power all the yazats channels again..

Such an amendment is made confidentially, for the preservation of Schools. A master who has made a mistake in ignorance himself creatively explains to his students the reasons for repeated attunations, at his discretion. The correction of «illegal attunations » can be carried out in 1 week. As a result, the School is preserved and it develops legally.
